Telling Your Story in YA Fiction

Learn the elements of young adult fiction and how you can develop your unique writing voice for a teenage audience. From themes and the structure of your story to establishing mood and atmosphere along with creating distinct voices for each of your characters, you'll leave this workshop with the tools to help you create a strong narrative. This session comes as part of our Children's & YA Fiction Festival 2022, and attendees can expect a practical session involving writing exercises and discussion. 30 minutes will also be reserved for Q&A.
