Sienna

The beast had a mistress. He found sienna in the earth, she was a pigment after all, he was in awe at her amber skin, fluorescently gleaming under the burgundy hue of the sunset, as the wind blew and her lilac silk dress flew around her. He watched silently as she twirled, her eyes squeezed shut and her arms high up in the air. The beast stood for hours, frozen by her, she opened her eyes and stared directly at him. The earth stopped spinning, everything around them began destructing as he lunged towards her, scooping her up into his arms, he took her to safety. She was fragile and her amber glow had begun to die out, the beast knew what he had to do.

He shut his eyes and from the depths of his throat he roared at sienna, large orange flames surrounded her until she was completely consumed by them. She stared in shock as her body began to turn crimson, her once lilac dress was now burnt black. The beast stood back and opened his eyes and once again was awestruck, she was complete. Sienna glowed cerise, the beast felt weak but he would never tell sienna that. Sienna was the only woman the beast could ever truly love, he knew that and it scared him. Sienna wrapped her arms around the beasts neck as he pulled her into an embrace, the world blurred around them, it was the beast and sienna.
