Would just like to share here that I've won the Scottish Book Trust's 50 Word Fiction Competition! The prompt was to write a piece of historical fiction in no more than 50 words- thought some would be interested after the recent historical fiction competition on this site. You can read my entry here: http://scottishbooktrust.com/writing/love-to-write/the-50-word-fiction-competition Any feedback would be much appreciated!
It was quite challenging to write a story with such a short word count. Have you read/written any flash fiction? My favourite one I've read so far is attributed to Ernest Hemingway: For sale: Baby shoes, never worn.
Hey! I just read your entry, it was amazing. I can not even think of bringing such an atmosphere in just 50 words. I really liked it, good work. :)
That's fantastic, congratulations! I just checked out your entry and really, really enjoyed it - it's wonderful! :-)
Hey, that's brilliant - well done ! :)
