All right or alright?

Just a grammar question, tried to google it but can't get onto google...I think either is okay but would like some clarification.

Thanks

I always use 'all right'. I know 'alright' is commonly used, but I was taught it was incorrect and that lesson has stayed with me.

Ah...well now looking at the context perhaps I should have put 'alright' but never mind, it's too late now....hopefully it won't matter too much.

Thanks for all the input though.
