Is this an appropriate use of 'Ask a Question'?

Hi.

I haven't been active in this community until very recently. I am currently working on a project which, when it comes to fruition, will see the publication of an anthology of flash fiction on a specified theme. I am inviting contributions from people from all walks of life - not just writers - and the entire proceeds of the venture will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, UK. Would it be acceptable for me to give a link here to the dedicated website for the project - so that people can take a look and join in if they feel so inclined?

Thanks

Seeing as I and my colleagues (my colleagues and I) have been peppering Q&As with links, I don't see why not, Hache! Sounds like an interesting project... Can you give us more details?

Are all contributions to be accepted? I know that Jimmy Hollis i Dickson used the section "upcoming competitions" to advertise his "Alice And I" book, but then therte was a cash prize attached. As far as I'm concerned, just getting published would be a prize for most of us! Always good to put on CVs: "I contributed to an anthology..."
