Are all rejections this good?

I hear so much about writers and rejections and was fearing the worst but what I received as a rejection made me feel quite proud about my efforts so far.

Hi Jeremy, that doesn't read like a form rejection to me (I've had a few of those), it seems more personal than that. I think you should take a lot of encouragement from it. Good luck with your submissions.
