How does everyone come up with their character's names? Frankly mine, just sort of come to me randomly and if they sort of feel right for the character, I choose them. It would be interesting to know how the others do it.

First names aren't usually too hard to come up with - usually I use my favourite names or look online at baby name websites, like Nivedita. Surnames, on the other hand, are a nightmare - I usually look online for those too but it takes me absolute ages to find one that fits.
Favourite names, websites that show the meanings of names or just make up my own! I think it's important to find the right name that fits the right character. Sometimes random choices work better.
