Community writing game

Hi All,

 

I thought it would be a fun idea to start a community writing project here in the forum. All you have to do is think of the next sentence to follow the story. It can be any length of a sentence and can take any genre you like.

 

I'll start.

On a cold and windy evening the owl perched on the branch was his only friend.

As the badger king climbed out of his hole, he saw a man sitting on the floor, frozen in fear, and Hecate standing over him. Moonstripe immediately recognized the goddess, and quickly surveyed the trees in panic, searching for her owl.
