All sound advice never pay for your work to be published, you will end up with a large parcel of books on your doorstep for you to sell.
Have you gone as far as having your work edited professionally yet? You need to be looking for an agent really who will take you on and work for you in placing your book with a publisher. Again no cost, they get paid if and when your work sells.
Look in the writers and artists year book 2017. You can usually read through it at your local library. I don't think they allow then to be taken out. It will give you all the information you need to find an agent. Look for one who accepts your genre and then follow their requirements to the letter, always always submit exactly what they ask for, never ever think they will accept that bit more that you think is relevant, exactly what they ask no more no less.
Your work is going to be cut out writing your submission letter and the dreaded synopsis. You may know about all this already if so I apologise for going over something you are aware of.
So no cash to anyone. get someone to read and edit, find and agent submit EXACTLY what they ask for and wait.
I still am waiting.
Good luck and keep pushing even if you get a no, everyone has had that reply at least once. (AT LEAST ONCE)
Don't pay anyone for publishing your work - You can of course 'self publish' but this is very expensive - have you thought of writing for Amazon - I have several friends who do this - not me, yet! Try getting someone - for example if you attend a creative writing group - to have a look at your work - quite often members of groups like this may have had some of their work published and can give you advice. Good Luck .
