what does this actually means?

is it a good deal?

Our primary concern is to present manuscripts to publishers and negotiate solid placements for our clients. Our marketing contract provides for a 10% commissions on royalties for this service.

Hi Victoria.

There are deals where there is a scale of royalties which goes up according to book sales.

I thought 10 percent on all royalties was standard though. Is it not?
