Your voice/style will improve the more you write. More importantly, the more you read the more you will learn about the art and craft of novel writing, be it consciously, or sub-consciously.

Style doesn't change much in my opinion. I'm old enough to have had a lot of life experience, which helps. Bad writing habits can be a problem, though. I think you improve overall as you get older. Ageing should make you more tolerant of your fellow human beings. Perhaps that should promote better writing.

good luck, Tony
