Inspiration Methods!

Hey there writers,

I was working on my novel toady and glanced up at my wall - where I have a board full of inspirational quotes from published authors. I thought to myself are there other ways one can get inspired other than the technique I'm using, not to say that it doesn't inspire me. I'm just a little curios!

Thanks again :)

I walk a lot and find it's great for working out plots, also I notice things that inspire other stories. I also had one recently from a dream - I was given the first line of the story and an image, just waiting to figure out how the rest happens! So yes, I agree with everyone, inspiration is everywhere when you look for it.

Reading everything about my genre is my main source of inspiration. I'm also inspired by poetry.
