A Li'l Help?

I'm currently writing a fantasy novel, about Dragon Riders in our world, a sort of Urban Fantasy+ Urban Sci-Fi mix with multiple themes etc. So uh..the thing is-I've just posted an excerpt from the second chapter of my 1st Fantasy Novel in this planned series of 5, Albert Flare. So, I would be really kind of you to help out and give a li'l feedback and your opinion too, if you can. A strong critique is very much appreciated, though I value the critique about the content over the grammar, as that's always an easy fix.

I'd be happy to return the favor as well, you need only ask. :)

Sure, but I'll need you to PM me an email address to send it to. I really appreciate this, btw- Thanks. :)
