Places to write

Just out of curiosity, where is you favourite place to write? Inside, outside, in a certain room, in a specific chair, anywhere?

For me I like reclining in either my bed or in my 'writers' chair. :)

I often start the process longhand in a large notebook. It's more portable and immediate (no waiting for boot ups!).

Then I read what I wrote, and then rattle away at my laptop on the sofa in my living room. If I am just twiddling with text, I can do it with some mindless programme on (like a reality show)... but when I am serious and getting it done, I have to have silence.

I like to write in waterstones, I just seem to get a lot more out when I'm there
