The Visit competition

Hi all

I'm not sure about the formatting for the competition entry - I know its in the email body or attachment but are you guys using standard manuscript format - double spacing, title/name in header etc or just a basic word doc?

Cheers

Dan

Hi both,

It is also important to mention that a fantasy story has just as much chance of winning the competition as any other entry - we don't choose the winner based on genre or subject matter; all that matters to us is the quality of the writing itself.

Good luck!

Best wishes,

@ The W&A Team - Thank you for your reply

@ Frank Sonderborg - I hope you're wrong! It's free to enter and a fantastic prize so at least nothing to lose! Good luck if you do choose to enter.

Hi both,

Yes, we'd prefer standard formatting if possible. So, size 12 font, double spacing, title/name in the header. We haven't specified, but it must obviously in a format that doesn't take the reader's attention away from the most important thing: the story itself.

Hope this helps,

The W&A Team
