Has anyone got to grips with this form or managed to contact the IRS directly by phone?

Wow. Well I got a woman on the phone who asked me different questions ... about half an hour ago. Got an EIN number from her. Now Amazon says the information doesn't match ... :)

Yes, we got to grips with the form Renee but it took 18 months to sort out and cost around £250.00 - never tried phoning though.
