What punctuation rules do you break?

I mainly use commas and full stops. I never use semi colons.

I omit commas during dialogue because it helps the conversation to flow..

It depends whether it aids the reader or not. If I read through a piece and have to stop to question what a piece of punctuation is doing there then it's probably surplus to requirements.

I think the bigger question is whether we as writers understand the punctuation rules.
