Welcome to UNLOCK, a creative retreat offering time, space and tools to further your own creative self-discovery. Go deep within, held in truth, trust and consent, in gentle, imaginative and playful ways.
We'll use creative and intuitive writing, meditation and gtentle movement, solitude and sharing, depth and humour to connect you to your heart, body, soul and innate creative spirit.
UNLOCK takes place at Noddfa: a place of gentle peace and beauty in the foothills of Snowdonia, overlooking the sea. This "grande dame" mansion is run by the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Mary, where the wise and tender energy of silent spiritual retreats has seeped into the walls.
The meals are traditional, home-cooked nourishment; the grounds are both tended and wild; the welcome is warm and sincere. Wind and waves whisper together; the mind's chatter quietens, in order to hear.
You are meant to dream, to desire, to receive. But it's difficult to live that deeply, distracted by the mind and daily tasks.
Come, be in service to yourself. Allow your own wisdom and wholeness to unlock your creative energy and show you the magic within and around you.

Creative guide and scribe. A professional writer for 20+ years, Rowena now works in service to "authentic creativity", helping you to conquer creative blocks and find your flow, play with intuition and create from your heart.
Co-facilitator Jeanie is a Hatha yoga teacher and body worker. She'll be working with us on some gentle movement to awaken the intuitive body and help us get in touch with our creative life force.
UNLOCK costs £475, including bespoke facilitation, home-cooked meals, historic accommodation, and the whisper of wind and waves.
