Hi All,

I thought it would be a fun idea to start a community writing project here in the forum. All you have to do is think of the next sentence to follow the story. It can be any length of a sentence and can take any genre you like.

I'll start.

Owl landed deftly upon the sign at the crossroads. Hecate turned in her direction and listened to the message.

Her blackened soul felt the pain of betrayal akin to any mother and son.

"You will regret your choices," Hecate hissed.

The scream which erupted from her lungs split the ground. Dark forms, the likes that had never been seen before on this earth crawled to the surface from the depths of hell.

Lerajie raised his head, as the bayful, hellish calls of his mothers creations rumbled through the air.

"It appears I have my answer."

Snout soon ran into the Critters. Lerajie's army of about a thousand mice, voles, rats and hedgehogs summoned by him to join the fight.

He overtook the crowd to make his final ascent to Lerajie's position. Behind him he could hear the snap and crackle of the bodies of the Critters as they transformed.

The dawn was coming, and so was the storm. He knew that he had only moments until the magic would tear through his body.

"It must be delivered." he said.

"So deliver it." came a voice in front of him.

He had arrived.
