Everything Catherine said and... Check your email junk folder. I often use the names of spammers for my baddies (with a tweak here and there). They almost always come to a gory and horrible end. Sweet justice without me having to go to jail.
You know, I always create my character's name by using a randomiser! I just have a sheet full of Consonants and Vowels! I close my eyes and then run my fingers across both the sheets and then choose some letters! This results in many awkward names! :)
But if you are a bit picky with names, you can use any of the websites available!
