One book or two?

I've been working on a novel since August last year and I'm about half way through. But I came up with an idea for another novel and I've started writing that too! Has anyone else got multiple projects on the go? I don't think it's a bad thing. But I do feel like I'm cheating on my first novel :-)

Sometimes it's good to take a break, do something else and come back to a project. No point in doing this ad nauseam as you will never finish anything

I know what you mean Liz. I learned quickly that it is easier to make notes of any ideas for other books and then continue to finish the project that I am working on.

The only down side to getting distracted is... it takes longer to finish a project
