One book or two?

I've been working on a novel since August last year and I'm about half way through. But I came up with an idea for another novel and I've started writing that too! Has anyone else got multiple projects on the go? I don't think it's a bad thing. But I do feel like I'm cheating on my first novel :-)

I've got 3 projects going on (re-editing 2 books and sorting out a collection of short-stories)... and I've just had a baby... not an easy task, that's for sure!

I got two projects on going too. But one of them is being written regulary, and the other one just when I feel inspired. It's normal to feel like you're cheating your first novel, but you can't let aside the fact that you have the chances of getting published folded!
