I assume you mean novels of the same type, not writing how tos. I just tried to pull Barkbelly from my shelf but it appears the shelf above has collapsed and it is holding it up so you will have to find out whether that is the sort of thing you are looking for for yourself! It's by Cat Weatherall.
Vampirates also springs to mind. My son was mad for that book when he was ten.
